Jeff’s Plumbing Repair will perform the following during a Total System Check-Up.
We’ll flush and refill your water heater and inspect it for leaks or loose connections.
We’ll inspect all service valves throughout the home plumbing system to check for leaks or oxidation.
We will inspect every plumbing fixture in your home for leaks or oxidation. That means toilets, shower valves, kitchen sinks, everything!
We will inspect outdoor faucets and let you know if the cold winter months have damaged your pipe or fixture. Jeff can discuss repair costs with you.
We’ll ensure your sump pump is in tip-top shape for the big thaw and all the groundwater that tends to increase during Spring.
If your house is on a crawl space, we’ll check for any moisture coming from outside or above.
Jeff will note any issues found during the inspection. You’ll receive a detailed and itemized estimate based on the projected time, materials, or flat-fee services if repairs are needed. While Spring is a great time to do this because sump pumps and silcocks are in high demand, any time of the year is fine, just try to do it annually! A little preventative maintenance goes a long way.
